Our professional team is led by Jamaican born / Canadian trained Chef Dexter Greenwood. Dexter has been catering events in Japan and Canada for the past 10 years. He brings with him a great deal of experience, not only as a chef and caterer, but also as a food lover. He understands your needs and can deliver a personalized experience that your guests will talk about long after the event is over.
